*Bärenland Arosa*

Bärenland is open daily in summer from 9.00-17.20. The Arosa Card entitles you to reduced admission.

Bus

The Arosa bus is free of charge. The nearest bus stop is uphill at Brüggli, opposite the parking garage Brüggli, downhill opposite the Hotel Bellevue about 150m.

We ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 am. Thank you.

*Eichhörnliweg*

The Eichhörnliweg starts at the bus stop Zentrum- direction Hotel BelArosa or at the valley station Weisshornbahn. Nuts are available at the reception.

Fahrrad- Bike- Keller

The bikes can be put in the separate closed compartment in the garage. The key card gives you access. You are welcome to use the bike washing station in front of the garage free of charge.

Fire alarm

In case of fire alarm, please leave the hotel immediately. The assembly point is located in the parking lot in front of the hotel.

Frühstück

Breakfast is served between 07.30 – 10.00 in the restaurant.

Gluggage storage

For our arriving and departing guests we offer luggage storage.

HOUTPUT

Access to the hotel is only possible with your key card from 20:00. We therefore ask you to always have your key card with you.

Dogs

Your four-legged friend is also welcome. We charge CHF 20.00 per day, without food.

A dental care set consisting of a toothbrush and toothpaste is available at the reception for a fee of CHF 3.00.

Kaffeemachine

You are welcome to rent a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules for CHF 9.00/day. Daily refill included. Feel free to let us know your request at the reception and we will provide you with a coffee maker in your room.

For a gourmet stop in the afternoon, we recommend Gadient’s Gnuss Puur. Fresh cakes and tarts are created daily in the in-house confectionery and the sun terrace invites you to linger in fine weather.

The alpine dairy Maran is located at the end of the Eichhörnliweg, bus stop Maran. The milk from the four alps in Arosa is processed here directly into the best alpine cheese.

The catholic as well as the reformed church is located 400m down the valley.

An escape route description is located behind your room or bathroom door.

Parkplatz

The car can be parked in the parking lot next to the hotel. Outdoor parking spaces are not reserved, first come first serve.
If you park your car with us, we ask you to leave your car key at the reception. The outdoor parking spaces are free of charge. You can park your car in the hotel garage for CHF 14.00 per day, subject to availability.

Parking garage Brüggli

The parking garage Brüggli is located about 200m up the road and also has two E- charging stations.

Raucher / Smoking ban

We have a strict smoking ban in the whole house! Smoking at open room windows is also strictly prohibited! We therefore ask our guests to smoke only outdoors or on the balconies and to use the ashtrays provided for this purpose. However, if you smoke in the room, an additional cleaning charge of CHF 500.00 will be charged.

Umbrella

Umbrellas are available at the entrance. We ask you to return them after use.

Reception is open from 8.00 – 18.00 hrs.

Rhätic railroad

The Rhaetian Railway runs hourly to Chur always at the 49th minute. With the Arosa-Card the trip from Arosa to Lüen-Castiel is free of charge.

A safe is available in the room for your valuables.

Sauna and steam bath

On the 1st floor there is a sauna and an infrared steam bath. This room is available for all our guests.

Opening hours: 15:00 – 21:00

In summer, the sauna is in operation on request.

Schanfigger witch…

… is the name of the thick fog that creeps up the valley from time to time and creates an autumnal atmosphere within minutes.

Shoe shine

A shoe shine machine is located on the 1st floor in the staircase. We have other cleaning utensils at the reception.

Ski tickets

Ski room – boot dryer

For ski boots, skis and snowboards you can use our ski room free of charge. The ski room is next to the restaurant entrance down the stairs, the first door on the right. The ski room is automatically closed from 20:00 – 07:00. With your key card you always have access to the ski room.

The shoe dryer is on a timer and operates daily from 06:00-09:00.

*Specialties*, Souvenirs

For edible and drinkable souvenirs from Arosa, we recommend Cindy’s Delikatessen on Poststrasse. Be it schnapps from the Carmenna hut or the Röteli from Theo, sausage or possibly a nut cake, Cindy has it.

Taxi Service

If you need a cab, we will be happy to help you at the reception. The cab we trust is Taxi Arosa: 081 377 11 33

Tennis

The tennis court Innerarosa is open from June to September, daily from 8.00-22.00. For court reservations and tennis equipment (rackets and balls), please contact the reception. Course rental/h =CHF 10.00, equipment CHF 5.00/person

We are happy to reserve tickets for you for the various events in the village, just stop by the reception.

Advance booking

You like it with us and would like to come back to Arosa at a certain time? Then we will gladly accept your reservation at the reception.

Wlaundry service

You are welcome to bring your private laundry in a laundry bag to our hotel laundry, we will try to bring your laundry washed and ironed back to your room within 24 hours. You can also find the price list in the guest info.

Wellness and swimming pool visit

We are happy to clarify for our guests which hotel is open on the desired days for external guests. Massages can also be booked through us.
