We ask you to use the official blue Arosa waste bags and to throw them into the designated waste containers. The next container is just across the street. Additional trash bags are available at the Coop at the checkout.<\/p>

Departure: <\/strong><\/h3>

Check-out is until 10:00. We ask you to bring us the key at the Hotel Alpensonne.<\/p>

The nearest pharmacy is located in the village on the upper lake at Poststrasse 58, 7050 Arosa<\/p>

The nearest bus stop is at the station Gada (about 300 m from the house) The bus in Arosa runs free of charge.<\/p>

Shopping facilities<\/strong><\/h3>

In the center as well as at the upper lake there is a Coop. There is also a Denner at the Obersee.<\/p>

Bike rental<\/strong><\/h3>

E-bikes and normal bikes are available for rent at “Arosabike” at the Obersee, right next to the hotel Provisorium 13.<\/p>

Towel change<\/strong><\/h3>

You are welcome to order a fresh towel package or complete linen package (including bed linen) during your entire stay. To do so, simply call 081 377 15 47.<\/p>

Pets<\/strong><\/h3>

Dogs are not allowed in the apartment.<\/p>

Hot water<\/strong><\/h3>

Each apartment has a hot water heater. This means that during extended use it can always take a moment for the boiler to refill and fresh hot water to be available. We ask for your understanding in this regard.<\/p>

Heating<\/strong><\/h3>

The bathrooms have electric towel rails. The operating instructions for this can be found further back in this info folder.<\/p>

In the bedrooms there are electric stoves with thermostat. Central heating is located in the living room and can be controlled by the thermostat on the cabinet to the kitchen. You will also find an operating aid further on in this information folder.<\/p>

In the municipality of Arosa, two establishments offer carriage rides throughout the year (in winter, if there is enough snow, also sleigh rides).<\/p>

Parking lot<\/strong><\/h3>

Please use the parking spaces directly at the house. This must be released again at check-out.<\/p>

Smoking<\/strong><\/h3>

Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. We ask you to smoke on the balcony.<\/p>

Smoke detector<\/strong><\/h3>

The apartment has 3 electronic smoke detectors installed on the ceiling (living room and bedroom) for your safety. These are regularly checked by us and serve your safety.<\/p>

Cleaning<\/strong><\/h3>

To help you clean your FW during your stay, brooms, mops, rags, buckets, hand brushes and shovels are provided. Likewise, a vacuum cleaner is available in the apartment.<\/p>

Restaurant<\/strong><\/h3>

You are welcome to reserve a table in our restaurant “Il Primo Posto” in the Hotel Alpensonne by calling: 081 377 15 47. Furthermore, we can highly recommend the Bullrian (081 377 17 18) in the center.<\/p>

Cleanliness<\/strong><\/h3>

We will do our best to hand over your vacation apartment to you in an immaculate and clean condition. If something is not in order, please contact us.<\/p>

Damage<\/strong><\/h3>

If something in the apartment is not in order, please inform us (e.g. defective light bulb or electrical appliance or no reception at the TV). We will try to remedy the situation immediately.<\/p>

We ask you to settle any damage caused by you directly with us or via your <\/strong>insurance company.<\/strong><\/p>

Snow sports<\/strong><\/h3>

Tickets for the snow sports area can be purchased inexpensively online at “Be smart book online”.<\/p>

Ski room<\/strong><\/h3>

Skis and sledges can be deposited outside.<\/p>

Ski rental<\/strong><\/h3>

Schmid Sport is located at the Kulm gondola, where you will find everything you need for winter sports.<\/span><\/p>

Dishwasher<\/strong><\/p>

Please clean heavily soiled dishes beforehand. We will be happy to provide you with dishwasher tabs for the first few washes. The further addition of salt or rinse aid is not necessary.<\/p>

Summer and winter recommended…<\/strong><\/p>

<\/strong>… a trip to the Heimeli near Langwies<\/strong><\/p>

With the Rhaetian Railway we go to Langwies, from there on foot (ca.2h) via Sap\u00fcn to Heimeli. This is where great gastronomy meets a lot of history.
The pretty inn alone (original Walser house) is worth a visit.<\/p>

In winter, the ” access road” is used as a sledding trail. The 4.5 km long trail is fun for beginners and advanced sledders alike.<\/p>

… the panoramic circular hike Pr\u00e4tschli- Rot Tritt- Scheidegg- Pr\u00e4tschli<\/strong><\/p>

From the bus stop Pr\u00e4tschli a well-maintained hiking trail leads via Pr\u00e4tsch Alp to Rot Tritt (approx. 1h). The high trail is in the sun all the time and treats hikers to spectacular views of the entire valley. From Rot Tritt you continue via Scheidegg back to the middle station (approx. 1.5h). In summer, guests are treated to culinary delights in the Ochsenalp, while in winter the Pr\u00e4tsch Alp is open.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
