E-bikes and normal bikes can be rented from “Arosabike” at Obersee, right next to the Hotel Provisorum 13.
The next bus stop is at the Gada station (approx. 300 m from the house). The bus in Arosa runs free of charge.
In the municipality of Arosa, two companies offer carriage rides all year round (in winter, if there is enough snow, they also offer sleigh rides).

We do our best to offer you your holiday apartment in one
to be handed over in perfect and clean condition. If something is wrong, please contact us.
So that you can clean your holiday home during your stay, there are brooms, scrubbers, cleaning rags, buckets, hand brushes and shovels. A vacuum cleaner is also available in the apartment.
If something is wrong in the holiday apartment, please inform us (e.g. defective light bulb or electrical device or no reception on the TV). We will try to remedy this immediately.
We kindly ask you to contact us directly or through yours for any damage caused by you to regulate insurance.
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. We ask you to bring the key to the Hotel Alpensonne.
Please clean heavily soiled dishes beforehand. We will be happy to provide you with dishwasher tablets for the first few wash cycles. No further addition of salt or rinse aid is required.
Each apartment has a hot water boiler. This means that with extended use it can always take a moment until the boiler is filled again and fresh hot water is available. We ask for your understanding.
The bathrooms have electric towel rails. The operating instructions for this can be found further back in this information folder.
There are electric ovens with thermostats in the bedrooms. The central heating is located in the living room and can be operated via the thermostat on the cupboard to the kitchen. You will also find operating assistance further down in this information folder.

Please use the parking spaces directly at the house. This must be released again at check-out.
Dogs are allowed in the apartment and will be charged with a cleaning fee of CHF 100.00/ stay.
The closest pharmacy can be found in the village at Poststrasse 58, 7050 Arosa
There is a Coop in the center and at the Obersee. There is also a Denner on the Obersee.
Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. We ask you to smoke on the balcony.
For your safety, 3 electronic smoke detectors are installed on the ceiling (living room and bedroom) in the holiday apartment. These are regularly checked by us and serve your safety.
You are welcome to reserve a table in our restaurant “Il Primo Posto” in the Hotel Alpensonne by calling 081 377 15 47. We can also highly recommend the Bullrian (081 377 17 18) in the center.
Skis and sledges can be deposited outside.
With our friends from Sprecher Sport (Innerarosa, at the ski school stop) you receive 10% on every rental price. To do this, you can pick up the voucher at reception.

We ask you to use the official blue Arosa rubbish bags and to throw them into the designated waste containers. The next container is just opposite. Additional rubbish bags are available at the cash desk in the Coop supermarket.
Tickets for the snow sports area can be obtained inexpensively online under “Be smart book online”.
In winter and summer recommendable …
…a trip to the restaurant “Heimeli” near Langwies
Take the Rhaetian railway to Langwies and hike via Sapün to the restaurant “Heimeli”.
The romantic and historical mountain restaurant is more than 100 years old and the owners pamper their guests with wonderful local food at the end of a very scenic hike.
During winter season the access road is prepared as a sledge run.
That means 4.5 km of fun for the whole family.
… the panoramic hike Prätschli- Rot Tritt- Scheidegg- Prätschli
The hike starts at the bus stop Prätschli via Prätsch Alp to the Rot Tritt (approx. 1 h). Enjoy the spectacular view over the Schanfigg valley, take a little brake at the Rot Tritt and then hike on over Scheidegg to Mittelstation (approx. 1,5h ).
In summer time the restaurant at the Ochensalp is open, during winter season the Prätsch Alp is open.

In the sports hall formerly occupied by indoor tennis courts, youngsters of all ages will be in their element: making up crazy stories about dolls and soft toys, or clambering up the climbing wall and sliding back down again, or demonstrating their acrobatic skills on the unicycle. Meanwhile, their parents can enjoy a quiet break with coffee and snacks up in the gallery.
But maybe Mum and Dad want to have a go as well: the Ninja Warrior circuit is a chance for everyone to prove their agility, speed and stamina – children aged 10 and over, teenagers and the young at heart.
The Indoor Fun Park is open every day from 10 am to 9 pm.
