*Arosa bear sanctuary*
The Arosa bear sanctuary is open daily from 9 am to 5.20 pm, during summer season. With the Arosa Card you get discount on the entry fee.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 07:30 am until 10:00 am in the restaurant.
Bus
The Arosa bus is free of charge. The next bus stop uphill is Brüggli, located across from the Brüggli parking garage, and downhill vis-à-vis the old hotel Bellevue (about 100m).
In the winter season the night express (night bus) runs from 7.55 pm between Kulm and Prätschli. The bus can be stopped at any location by hand signal. CHF 3.00 per person

*Cheese*
The Maran cheese dairy is located near the bus stop Maran, 100m up the street. The milk comes from four surrounding Alps: Carmenna, Maran, Sattel and Prätsch Alp.
Church
Both churches the catholic and reformed are located 400m downhill.
Coffee machine
You are welcome to rent a Nespress coffee machine with capsules for CHF 15.00/day. Daily refill included. Let us know what you want at reception and we will provide you with a coffee machine in your room.
Cycle parking
You may store your bicycle in our secure cycle garage. With the keycard you are able to open the door. The washing station in front of the garage is free to use.

Events
There are all kind of events during summer and winter season. Come and see us at the reception, we will be more than happy to book tickets for you.
Fire alarm
In the event of a fire alarm leave the hotel immediately. The assembly point is at the car park in front of the hotel.
Hygiene products
A dental care set, containing toothbrush and toothpaste, can be purchased for CHF 3.00 at the reception.

Laundry service
If needed, put your private laundry in our special laundry bag and bring it to the reception. We try to wash your belongings within 24 hours. You will find the price list at the end of this info.
Luggage storage
We offer secured luggage storage for our arriving and departing guests.
*Lunch*
About 1 to 3 minutes uphill you’ll find the restaurant Grischuna (100m) as well as the restaurant Hold (250m). Both places serve daily changing menus and à la carte.
Main hotel entrance
By 6 pm the access to the hotel is only possible with your keycard. Therefore, we kindly ask you to always take your key card with you.
Night-time noise
After 10:00 pm loud noise should be avoided. Out of consideration for the hotel neighbours and guests, we would like to ask you to avoid any noise between 10 pm and 6 am on the floors, in the guest rooms and in the stairwell as well as in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
Parking space
Our outdoor parking spaces cost CHF 5.00/d in winter. You pay CHF 14.00/d if you park in our parking garage, in summer it is CHF 7.00/d. Due to the fact that our parking spaces are limited, we kindly ask you to release the parking space after checking-out. Please leave the car key at the reception if you use one of the hotel parking spaces.
Payment
We accept cash (CHF) as well as Maestro, Postcard, VISA, MasterCard. If you pay your bill with Maestro or Postcard, please consider your daily limit.
Pharmacy
The Pill Apotheke is located near the train station; bus stop Weisshornbahn Poststrasse 58, tel. 081 3771522
Pillows and blankets
If you need an extra pillow or blanket, please come and see us at the reception.
Pre-reservation
You’ re staying at the Alpensonne and would like to visit again in a special period of the year for example X-mas, winter- or summer holidays? Come and see us at the reception for any questions and pre-bookings.
Public parking garage
The public parking garage “Brüggli” is located 200m uphill. There are also 2 e-car charging stations. You pay CHF 7.00/day during the summer season and CHF 18.00/day in the winter season.

Our reception is open from 7.30am to 6pm.
Restaurant
Our restaurant “Il primo posto” is open daily from 6 pm. (Summer: Wed & Thu closed). Here you find our menu: MENU
Safe
There is a safe in every room. You may ask at the reception for the special keycard. Please return the keycard at the check-out.
Sanitary products
For tooth brush and toothpaste come and see us at the reception. Costs: CHF 3.00
Sauna und steam bath
Our sauna and infrared steam bath are located on the first floor.
Opening times: 4 pm – 9 pm
During summer season the sauna works only on request.
Sewing kit/service
For small sewing jobs come and see us at the reception. For “larger projects” we recommend you the boutique Bluewave next to the bus stop Rathaus. Tel.: 081 377 30 22
Shoe cleaning machine
There is a shoe cleaning machine at your disposal on the first floor.
Ski storage- ski boot dryer
Next to the restaurant entrance down the stairs, the first door on the right. With your key card you have access to our ski storage. Please do not take any skis and snowboards into the hotel room. The dryer automatically turns on and off from 10-11 pm.
Ski tickets

Slippers
We provide one-way slippers at the reception. We charge CHF 3.00.
Smoking
We have a strict smoking ban in the whole house! Smoking at the open room windows is also strictly prohibited! We therefore ask our guests to smoke only outside or on the balconies and to use the ashtrays provided for this purpose. If you do smoke in the room, an additional cleaning fee of CHF 500.00 will be charged.
Souverniers and Fine Food
For any eatable and drinkable Souvernirs of Arosa, visit “Cindy’s Delikatessen” near the train station. Lovely chocolate, schnapps and liquor from the Schanfigg valley or a delicious Grison nut pie, … Cindy has it all.
*Squirrel path*
The squirrel path starts near the bus stop “Zentrum”, walk uphill direction hotel BelArosa or start down at the Weisshorn station. We provide nuts at the reception.
Taxi
Our reception will call you a taxi any time. The average waiting time is approximately ten minutes. If you need a taxi in the morning you can order it the evening before. We recommend you the following taxi enterprise: Taxi Raul Arosa +41 (0) 76 337 92 32
*Teatime*
For coffee and cake or any sweet treats visit “Gadient’s Gnuss Pur”. They serve daily fresh homemade desserts and cakes.
Tennis
The tennis court “Innerarosa” is open daily from June till the end of September from 8 am to 10 pm. For reservations and equipment (racquets and balls) come and see us at the reception. Court hire = CHF 10.00/h, equipment CHF 5.00/person
Train
The Rhaetian railway runs every hour from Arosa to Chur. With your Arosa-Card train from Arosa until Lüen Castiel is included.
Umbrella
Umbrellas are available at the entrance. We ask you to bring them back after use.
Wellness and swimming pool
For wellness and/or massages come and see us at the reception. We would be happy to make a reservation for you at one of the surrounding hotels with swimming pool.
