Over the past few years, the Arosa Classic Car has become an internationally renowned hill climb race between Langwies and Arosa. This event has gained recognition far beyond the country’s borders and promises spectators a spectacular show filled with racing and action-packed moments.
The Race Track
The picturesque mountain village of Arosa is transformed into an atmospheric arena where unique vehicles race along the 7.3-kilometer track—featuring 76 turns and an elevation difference of 422 meters—from Langwies to Arosa. This unique racecourse in the Swiss mountains is the only one of its kind to feature a 1.2-kilometer downhill section.
To experience this thrilling spectacle right next to the course, we recommend taking the train to Litzirüti or Langwies. During practice and race days, shuttle buses run between Arosa and Langwies during the course’s operating hours.
The Event Venue
The event grounds extend around the sports and convention center. Along the finish line, grandstands and food stands invite visitors to linger and relax. In the event hall, a fresh menu featuring regional specialties is offered daily, while the race action can be watched live on various large-screen displays.
