Chef de Service (m/f) 

From December 2024   weare looking for a friendly and motivated Chef de Service who enjoys working in a team and wants to express their passion for the hospitality industry. 

We are offering a seasonal or annual position in our busy restaurant, which is frequented by both our hotel guests and external guests. With us, a varied workplace awaits you in a picturesque alpine village. 

YOUR TASKS: 

  • Host through and through, you are responsible for looking after and entertaining guests 
  • Coordinate and manage the service team and processes together with the head chef  
  • Ensuring a smooth process in the service area 
  • You are responsible for cleanliness and compliance with hygiene regulations 
  • Responsible for the cash register and correct accounting

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Vocational training in the gastronomy sector or corresponding professional experience 
  • A positive appearance  
  • Team player 
  • Organizational talent 
  • Enjoy communicating with guests 
  • Distinct service-oriented attitude 
  • Efficient and effective working 
  • Very good knowledge of German and English is required. Any additional language is an advantage in this frontline job

We are offering a seasonal position in our busy restaurant that is frequented by both our hotel guests and outside guests. With us, a varied workplace awaits you in a picturesque alpine village.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Looking after our a la carte and half-board guests from the moment they enter until they leave.
  • Advice and order taking, efficient and perfect service with attention to detail.
  • Wine advice and excellent wine service
  • Ensure that all mise-en-place and cleaning work is carried out daily.
  • Independent operation of your own station, incl. cash in
  • Uncovering the restaurant for dinner service
  • Help at the breakfast buffet

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Training and/or experience in the catering/hotel industry
  • A positive appearance
  • Team player
  • Enjoy communicating with guests
  • Distinct service-oriented attitude
  • Very good knowledge of German and English is required. Any additional language is an advantage in this frontline job

From December 2024 we are looking for a motivated person to join our new operation at Hotel Quellenhof. 

YOUR TASKS: 

  • Cleaning of hotel rooms, public areas and the adjoining restaurant 
  • Change of bed linen and towels and replenishment of care products 
  • Compliance with cleanliness and hygiene regulations  
  • Consideration of guest wishes 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Professional experience in housekeeping 
  • Good manners and a well-groomed appearance 
  • Knowledge of German 
  • Commitment and flexibility 
  • You are reliable and have an eye for detail 
  • You have a strong sense of order and cleanliness
