From November 30, 2024 we are looking for a friendly and motivated Chef de Partie (100%) who enjoys working in a team and wants to express his passion for gastronomy.
We are offering a seasonal position in our busy a la carte restaurant, which is frequented by both our hotel guests and external guests. With us, a varied workplace awaits you in a picturesque alpine village.
YOUR TASKS:
Preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s standards.
Responsibility for all areas of the kitchen.
Monitoring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Collaboration with the head chef and sous chef to develop new dishes and menus.
Ensuring that all ingredients and products are in perfect condition and stored correctly.
REQUIREMENTS:
Training and/or experience in the catering industry.
Sound technical and product knowledge.
A positive appearance.
Team player
Strong service-oriented attitude.
Knowledge of German or English is required.
Great personal responsibility.
