From November 30, 2024 we are looking for a friendly and motivated Chef de Partie (100%) who enjoys working in a team and wants to express his passion for gastronomy.

We are offering a seasonal position in our busy a la carte restaurant, which is frequented by both our hotel guests and external guests. With us, a varied workplace awaits you in a picturesque alpine village.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s standards.
  • Responsibility for all areas of the kitchen.
  • Monitoring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen.
  • Collaboration with the head chef and sous chef to develop new dishes and menus.
  • Ensuring that all ingredients and products are in perfect condition and stored correctly.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Training and/or experience in the catering industry.
  • Sound technical and product knowledge.
  • A positive appearance.
  • Team player
  • Strong service-oriented attitude.
  • Knowledge of German or English is required.
  • Great personal responsibility.
