Travel information
Check-In
Your room will be available upon arrival from 15.00. Of course you can arrive earlier. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us so that you can enjoy your arrival and/or departure day to the full.
Reception hours:
Daily 07:30 to 11:30 and 13:00 to 18:00
If you arrive outside reception opening hours, please let us know as the entrance door closes automatically in the evening and you will need a key card to enter the hotel. We will be happy to tell you where to leave it.
Check-Out
We ask you to vacate the room by 11.00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.
If you have parked your car with us, we kindly ask you to take it with you after check-out. You can then park your car in the “Brüggli” parking garage, which is around 100 m away.
Parking lots
Limited free parking spaces are available in front of the hotel. A reservation or guarantee for these spaces is not possible “äs het solangs het”. Alternatively, the Brüggli public parking garage is about 100m uphill.
A total of 5 parking spaces are available in our hotel garage, which we will be happy to reserve for you for CHF 14.00 per night. Please contact us in advance to check availability. The garage space can be used from 11:00 a.m. on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Breakfast
Breakfast times are daily from 07:30 to 10:00. The breakfast buffet offers various cereals, breads, rolls, croissants, Danish pastries, sausage, cheese, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, Bircher muesli, yoghurt, fruit salad, orange juice, milk, water, butter, margarine and jam. Various coffees and teas are served by our breakfast service. Gluten and lactose-free options are available on request and we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
Dinner
Il Primo Posto
We would be delighted to welcome you to our a la carte restaurant Il Primo Posto. We recommend that you make a table reservation to guarantee you a place.

Bullrian

Ski cellar
You can safely store your ski and snowboard equipment in the hotel’s own ski cellar during your vacation with us. The ski boot racks are heated so that you can get into warm boots in the morning.
Ski tickets
You can buy your ski ticket directly in the online store of the Arosa Bergbahnen. The earlier you book your ticket, the lower the price!
Where is the nearest ski lift?
The nearest ski lift “Gondelbahn – Kulm” is approx. 200m walking distance from our hotel. This takes you directly into the middle of the ski area from where you can continue in all directions. The ski school is also located here, where you can also ski down to.
Dogs
We charge CHF 20 per day for your dog (without food). We provide you with a dog blanket, dog bed and feeding bowl. We ask that you keep your four-legged friend on a lead throughout the hotel. If you would like to take your dog with you to the restaurant, we will be happy to reserve a quieter table at the side of our restaurant. Please register your dog with us before arrival.
Is there a spa?
Although we are not a wellness hotel, you will still find a small but fine wellness oasis with a Finnish sauna and infrared cabin.
You can reserve this daily on site for 45 minutes per day. Advance reservations cannot be accepted.
Opening hours: 15:00 – 21:00
Use of the sauna is free of charge for our guests. We do not have a whirlpool or pool. We also do not offer massages, but these can be booked at the surrounding wellness hotels.
Bike garage
After challenging trails, there is a bike wash station in our parking lot and a fully equipped workstation. You can leave your bike in the lockable bike garage.
